Mind-blowing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The pool was jaw-droppingly clean, and the free Wi-Fi kept us connected throughout our stay. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the area on foot, and the nearby restaurants and bars were a pleasant surprise. The rooms were modern and spacious, with a fantastic flat-screen TV and efficient air conditioning. The friendly and helpful staff even arranged a scooter rental for us so we could explore the surroundings. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to go back!

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the double room a bit cold and not as cozy as carpeted floors.

Our stay at Kondra Premiere was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony to relax on. The bathroom had a large, hot shower with great water pressure. The pool was small but clean, and the rooftop offered a nice view of the city. The staff, although not very communicative, were friendly and helpful when asked for assistance. We enjoyed the light breakfast of coffee/tea and toast with banana filling, although we had to ask for it. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at Kondra Premiere in Kuta. the hotel had a small but nice swimming pool, clean rooms, hot water, and powerful air conditioning. the staff was friendly and the location was perfect. We could even rent a moto there for a good price. the hotel had a cozy and green atmosphere because of the little garden. the wifi signal was also good.

Felt at home here, nothing was too much trouble.

The room was simple but comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. the staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to pay a few hours later when we had trouble with withdrawals. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to rent mopeds to explore the area.

The cleanliness standards were not up to European standards and the room lacked natural light as we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.
